Our Tasting Plates are made with 2-3 people in mind. Available with one day advance notice. If you need to cancel your order, we require a 24hr advance notice for refund. A one-time credit of your tasting plate will be applied to your final wedding cake order.

The tasting plate includes our 12 standard flavors:
- Mango Coconut Mousse with White Cake.
- Raspberry Preserve & Italian Lemon Mousse with White Cake.
- Strawberry Mousse with White Cake.
- Bavarian Cream with Chocolate Cake.
- Green Tea Matcha with White Cake.
- Raspberry Preserve & Amaretto Mousse with Black & White Cake*.
- Mocha-Latte: Latte Ganache with Chocolate Mousse with Black & White Cake*.
- Oreo Cookies & Cream with Black & White Cake*.
- Boston Cream Pie - Belgian Chocolate Ganache and Bavarian Cream with White Cake.
- Red Velvet: White Chocolate Cream Cheese Mousse with Red Velvet Cake.
- Belgian Chocolate Ganache and Chocolate Mousse with Chocolate Cake.
- Salted Caramel Mousse Cream with White cake.
*Served with both chocolate and white cake in the Tasting Plate. You can choose to order your wedding cake with those flavors as served or with a choice of just chocolate or just white cake.
CUPCAKES: All of these flavors are available as cupcakes. The flavor profile will all be similar. The major difference is that cupcakes are topped with buttercream swirls instead of the mousse filling that are in most of the cakes.
DESSERT BARS: Samples are available for additional $10. 4 desserts are provided: 1) Lemon Cream Puff, 2) Fresh Fruit Tartlet with Bavarian Cream, 3) Snickerdoodle Triangle and 4) Classic Chocolate Triangle. We also provide some fresh berries which are to be tried with the cake fillings which will give you a good idea of the shooter flavors.

We loved our cake and dessert table from Freedom Bakery. They worked with us to customize the look of our cake and select the right assortment for our dessert table. The cake was gorgeous and delicious, and I think it was a great value too. We were thrilled!
First off, my family has been using Freedom Bakery for over 30 years. This is our go to place for any special occasion, thus of course they had to be a part of our wedding.
We did a take home cake tasking plate and all the flavors were delicious. My husband had his favorites (raspberry) and I can mine (caramel), but we both decided on the oreo filling which surprised both of us.
Once we found a photo of a cake design that we wanted, it was very easy to send them that photo and change the colors of it to out wedding colors. We got a discount on the cake for having a family member pick it up ourselves. The process was really easy and as far as wedding planning goes, it may have been the easiest part of the entire wedding planning process.
We also were able to order the same cake for our 2 month anniversary (as there were no left overs) and it was just as special and delicious. Planning to order again for our 1 year anniversary.
Absolutely beautiful cake. Simple, perfect and delicious! The caterer placed the flowers on the cake for us and they just made it so gorgeous!
Our cake turned out EXACTLY what we wanted. Taste and look! I couldn’t have asked for a better cake at such a reasonable price! I would recommend them to everyone!
We purchased an all-inclusive wedding package through our venue, and Freedom Bakery was our wedding cake vendor that was included! We were blown away by the number of flavor options, and how excellent they tasted! We went with half lemon raspberry and half Boston cream pie. Both flavors were a huge hit and the cake looked and tasted just as great as it did during our tasting. We would not recommend anyone else for a wedding cake!
This place is fantastic! Albeit they are not proficient in all of the latest cake trends, but they are masters at making delicious cake! Moist, even layers. Great flavor options. Wonderful customer service! My husband and I used them for our wedding cake, and they've become our go-to ever since. Their designs are pretty -- elegantly done. I highly recommend!

We ordered a dessert bar for our wedding at Holman Ranch on 10.2.21 and absolutely loved working with Freedom Bakery! They delivered everything on time and our cupcakes, brownies and wedding cake was absolutely delicious! We received a lot of compliments from our guests how good everything was.
This was a seamless experience. Very easy team to work with. They were able to recreate a cake just off the picture we sent them. I would totally recommend if I know anyone who needs your services in the future. Thank you!
